Thanks for the article - yes a lot to be learnt from the gaming world to online community management, Thomas.  What amazes me is the cultural division between the business types and the developers.  Slowly we see that the two worlds are converging due to business needs (like iPhone opened up a whole new arena of long-tail development), but it can get very awkward when you put to two communities together.  See you at the next geek event! ;)</description>
